Driving Directions
I 495 (From East)
Going West on I 495, take the Van Dorn exit South.
Go South on Van Dorn to Franconia Road and turn Right (West).
Turn Left at the first light onto Beulah Street.
Approx. 1/5 mile turn Right onto Grovedale Drive.
Take an immediate Left into the Courtyards of Alexandria.
I 495 (From West)
Going East on I 495 take 95 South the Franconia Road/644 Exit East
(pass Springfield Mall).
Approx. one mile turn Right onto Grovedale Drive (Citgo, DMV sign).
At the end of Grovedale Drive, just before Beulah Street, turn Right into the Courtyards of Alexandria.
I 395 (Arlington/Washington D.C.)
Take I 395 to 95 South to Franconia Road/644 exit East (pass Springfield Mall).
Approx. one mile turn Right onto Grovedale Drive (Citgo, DMV sign).
At the end of Grovedale Drive, just before Beulah Street, turn Right onto the Courtyards of Alexandria.
Fort Belvoir/Route One
Take Beulah Street North and cross Springfield/Franconia Parkway (7900)/Manchester Road.
Approx. ½ mile turn Left onto Grovedale Drive.
Take an immediate Left into the Courtyards of Alexandria.
Fairfax County-Springfield/Franconia Parkways (7100/7900)
Take 7100 South to 700 East until it ends at Beulah Street.
Left on Beulah Street. Approx. ½ mile turn Left onto Grovedale Drive.
Take an immediate Left into the Courtyards of Alexandria.
Old Keene Mill Road/Burke
East on Old Keene Mill Road (towards Springfield Mall from Burke).
Cross over I 95 and Old Keene Mill Road becomes Franconia Road.
Approx. one mile turn Right onto Grovedale Drive.
At the end of Grovedale Drive, just before Beulah Street, turn Right into the Courtyards of Alexandria.
