We submit all major dental insurance and are a preferred provider for United Concordia, which includes the military dental insurance and FEDVIP for federal employees and annuitants. Insurance policies vary, so we will review your insurance to determine the best way to utilize your benefits. Once treatment has started, we will file your claims.
